Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Because Seven Angels releases limited-quantity drops, exchanges are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.

Sale items, worn items, washed items, and items damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Seven Angels.
